North Korea
Seen at the docks in France awaiting shipmet is one of the Francorail CSE 26-21 locos were built in France by the consortium GIE FRANCORAIL-MTE for North Korea.
Alstom delivered 12 locomotives - model CC3600 - to NKR, 7 in 1981 and 5 in 1985. The 12 units are equipped with ALCO 15-251 F Diesel engine manufactuered in North America with the rest made by a group of builders in Europe.
