Alcos of the TTI

TTI RS3m - this coal-hauling shortline runs between Paris and Maysville Kentucky; on a former Louisville & Nashville branch. Coal is transloaded to barges at Maysville on the Ohio river. This RS3m was rebuilt by its former owner Missouri Pacific with an EMD prime mover and called a 'GP12' denoting 1200 HP. Photo taken at Maysville, Ky in July 1984.  By Brian Nicholson
